I was born and raised here in the Taylorsville area. Ever since at least Jr. High, I have always loved working with numbers. I took some accounting classes in High School and fell in love with it! I knew this was what I wanted to do with my life. When I started the class, the teacher had mentioned that accounting will either click and make sense or it won’t; not much of a overlap between the two. Having my own bookkeeping business allows me to do what I love, while giving the time back to others so they can do what they love.

As a family man, I wanted my business to mean something more than just some ingredients thrown into a bowl; that's why I named my business Richard’s, as its both of my grandfather’s name as well as my own middle name. My goal is to help small businesses to support my own family, my wife Korrin and my son Daniel.
